Structural Glazed Balustrade

A combiination of painted Mild steel balustrade, structural glass & American white Oak handrail provide a durable & effective solution to withstand the rigours of everyday college use.

Concepted by renowned architects Page & Park, we completed the design, manufacture & installation of this oval helical stair to the new modern core servicing the renovated galleries within Dundees most interesting & historical building.

The staircase comprises of twin profiled steel stringers, encapsulated in a veil of vertical bars. Lower levels incorparate structural glass balustrading giving light & space to the basement level.
